Rack N Roll Return & Refund Policy


At Rack N Roll, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns


You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.


Proof of purchase is required.


Non-Returnable Items


Used or damaged roof boxes or racks due to incorrect installation or misuse.


Custom-stickered or branded items (unless defective).


Return Process


1. Email us at [rackroll.za@gmail.com] or WhatsApp us at [0766540001] with your order number.


2. We’ll send return instructions.


3. Once we receive and inspect the item and we have established that it is indeed a factory fault ,then the product will be exchanged, minus delivery or return shipping fees.


Refunds


Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.


You’ll be refunded to your original payment method.


If the item was defective or incorrect, you’ll receive a refund.

Product Exchange

If you allow product exchanges, it can be a nice alternative to refunds. Explain to your customers how to choose a better size or give any other instructions they may need.
